Concert tours

The Colla Voce Singers culminate their annual concert series with a tour either in the UK or abroad every year. Performances around the year, along with generous donations and sponsorship, help fund these tours enabling the choir to promote the fine and very unique British choral tradition in some of the most beautiful buildings around the world.

Riga (Latvia) 2010 I 12 -17 August

The 2010 season of events includes a tour to Riga and the surrounding areas in Lativa. A programme of events will be announced soon.

Kraków (Poland) 2009 I 12 - 17 August

During the 2009 season Colla Voce Singers visited the medieval city of Kraków in Poland. The choir performed a programme of English and Polish works by composers such as Parry, Elgar, Roxanna Panufnik, Górecki, Moniuszko and Lukaszewski, in a concert at the Corpus Christi Basilica and Mass followed by a recital at the Church of SS Peter & Paul.

Paris 2008 I 15 - 18 August

After a gap of a year, the choir resumed it's annual touring by visiting Paris, where they performed a concert at Saint-Severin on the 16th August and a Mass at Saint Sulpice on the 16th August. Performances included works by both French and English composers.

Norwich 2006 I 21 - 22 October

In 2006 the choir will visited Norwich for a weekend in October where amongst other things they performed at St Peter Mancroft Church as part of their music festival.

Tuscany 2005 I 23 - 29 August

The choir sang in a number of venues in and around Tuscany.

The choir was based in the remote village, Casole d'Elsa, set amidst the breathtaking Tuscan hills. Not only were we charmed by the idealic surrounding countryside but also by our hosts at the Centro D'Arte Verrocchio, a centre hosting painting and sculpture courses. The tour was made up of the following concerts:
